We are proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, pledging our commitment to fair treatment and support of the Armed Forces community, including regulars, reserves, veterans and their families. We have achieved the prestigious Silver Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), which recognises our commitment to members of the Armed Forces, past and present, and their families.
To assist armed forces personal, Home Reach Flex is compatible with the MOD Future Accommodation Model and Forces Help to Buy schemes and as an extra helping hand the lease allows service personnel who are posted to sublet their entire property for the duration of their deployment, if their lender agrees. We also provide £500 towards legal fees when service personnel purchase a home with Home Reach Flex.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from home ownership, and we look forward to further extending our support to the Armed Forces community in future.
